Instructions for Updating Payment Info
On this page you will find detailed instructions for updating your payment information in cases:
- you had one or more failed payments
- your credit card is about to expire
- you replaced your credit card and need to update your credit card information
- you created an account but never completed payment
- you want to switch between Stripe (credit card) and PayPal.
Let’s start with instructions for the first 4 cases.
First, when you log into your account on Sweetlifeplannerclub.com, go to your Account in the upper right corner of the page, like shown on the image below.
Then, once you’re in your account, go to the Subscriptions tab.
Once you’re under Subscriptions tab, you should be able to see the “Update”, “Pause” and “Cancel” options on the right side of your subscription details. Click on “Update”.
Then, you will be taken to the page where you can update your credit card info.
If you want to switch from Stripe (credit card) to PayPal or vice versa, follow these steps.
In order to switch between a credit card and PayPal, you will have to cancel your account and then register again using the new payment info. Unfortunately, that is the only way to switch for now.
Once you’re signed in, go to your account in the upper right corner of the page, and then go to the “Subscriptions” tab.
Once you’re under “Subscriptions” tab and you see the “Update”, “Pause” and “Cancel” options, you should choose “Cancel”.
After you cancel your subscription, please sign up using your new payment method.
