I’ve identified twelve of the key components of a smoothly running, stress free home (one for every month!) Each month has a specific focus, specialized coaching, and of course, a challenge that I give out to every member.
Declutter one item a day for a month. Go to bed with a clean sink every night for two weeks. Wash, dry, AND fold a load of laundry a day for a week. These are all examples of the types of challenges we conquer as a group in the Sweet Life Society.
It’s hard to stick it out for the long haul all by yourself. But when hundreds of other women are in the thick of it with you, and when there are great prizes on the line, it easier to find that extra kick of motivation to keep going with the motivation starts to wane.
